Review of Hilton Waikoloa Village. Reviewed March 29, 2015. Upon check in I found out the suite I had booked was on the second floor with the tram right below. But the presidential suite was open as the woman who was staying in it wanted too move too a smaller suite. That should of got my attention but it didn't.

The Hilton Waikoloa is an enormous property, geared to families with small children. No beach, but several pools and a dolphin experience. The rooms are large and well-equipped. Our check-in was annoying - no room available, and the promised call when ready never came. Several maintenance requests took a long time for a response.
