This would have been my suggestion and the extra budget space can be used to buy some different blades to try. I like this King C Gilette safety razor for $30. Its comparable to my Merkur 34c in terms of smoothness in everyday shaving. You can pick it up in person at Walgreens too, cant go wrong with it.
