The best reforge for the livid dagger is the fast reforge. The fast reforge gives the livid dagger +10% attack speed if it's common unless if you recombobulate it to legendary which gives you +50% attack speed. This means +50% dps will be applied to your livid dagger. I hope this helped. 4.
