Biggest problem I had was that ACT needs to be allowed through the firewall. Add an exception by application and find the ACT exe. (there's several in the directory, I don't remember which, so try them one by one until you find it) Thank you! I changed my firewall settings to allow it and now it works perfectly again.Been playing this game on dx9 because I thought it demanded a biiit less gpu/cpu and it also loaded less demanding textures and such. Also, ACT worked alright with dx9 with this party filter issue people were having. Width the current update, switched to dx11, game's running very well (even better?), and ACT does the filter alright.
