My heat doesn't work on start up and the display despite my effort to increase the temperature drops it to "Lo". The passenger side blows hot heat at the temperature I set. The problem is your Driver's Air mix control motor. If the "Heater Control Valve" is stuck open, both side would've been blowing hot. You can try disconnecting the connector to the motor and plugging it back.
