I found out what the issue is. The auto crafters only have so much range. And if you build a room too close to the algae spawners it won't spawn under or inside the room if it's on top of the water. I just collect it and throw it into a locker. They should increase the range on the auto crafters.Perhaps it helps. All of the above and - maybe, if you've unlocked it, see if the Autocrafter can make them. Use a T3 mine for super alloys and a T3 mine for aluminium and place an autocrafter between them to make rods.
