We see this issue a lot of times and the reason this is happening is most often that Discord is trying to run its overlay on the game, preventing your mouse from being visible. So to fix it: 1) Open Discord on your PC. 2) Go to settings. 3) Go to 'Overlay'. 4) Turn of the option at the top 'Enable in-game overlay'.

Fixed it myself. You have to turn off the EA overlay in the settings off the EA client. So go to the settings then to application then scroll down to In-game overlay and turn it off. Solved: When I am in game or in firing range my cursor is visible. The cursor is also visible when I am in lobby so I am not usre if that is normal.
