For moves, I run CM, Tera SS, Stored Power and Aura Sphere. The general strat is CM × 6, stored power × 3 and tera into tera starstorm to finish things off. Only continue stored power if the Pokemon is weak to psychic, and use aura sphere instead if they are immune until you tera for tera starstorm.

For terapagos specifically, tera starstorm becomes stellar type meaning it hits all types for neutral damage besides tera types which are super effective, and all moves get a 1.5 boost which would be a 1 per type use on other pokemon using the stellar type with exception to both terapagos and in raids. It is effectively normal defensively.
And while Tera Starstorm has the property of Stellar Tera Blast in always being SE against Terastallized Pokemon, it has a very low amount of PP which makes it less than ideal for raids (while again, it lacks strong boosting moves like Nasty Plot, which means it takes longer setting up)
