I am considering a garage door opener upgrade if it works well. The MyQ Tesla integration will be available as a subscription ($179 for 5 years. This is just over half the current $350 Tesla charges for Homelink.) I have not read that there is a free 30 day trial for the MyQ integration.
You CANNOT use MyQ once the sensors are tripped. You have to use the physical button, or a real remote.
