I didn't even consider adding on top of TCM. I've been using WICO for a long time and adding anything on top of that is a big no-no so I just assumed it was the same for all overhauls. You might want to look at either Diversity, Foxy Skyrim or Total Character Makeover. Other than those you'll only find mods that change certain NPCs but are not as extensive as WICO or those mentioned above. Total Character Makeover is really well done and Coverkhajits for the kitties (Oldrim mod but works fine in SE).

If you don't want nudity with WICO, don't use the WICO Special Edition - Nude 0.9f version... Use UNP (for UNP body) or VNL (for Vanilla body) instead. I mean unless you installed a seperate mod or edited the files yourself sofia shouldn't be naked because of WICO. There should be a WICO version just called 'UNP' that isn't nude afaik. You may have to build bodies depending on your CBBE preset for Bijin, otherwise they'll have hand and feet gaps. Bijin Family Bodyslides will help you out with this.
